My Progress

I will start a new challenge tomorrow and with that challenge I will be working on my goal to lose 30 pounds. I currently weight 176.8 according to what my scale said today.  I hate the scale, it's truly a mean machine that little scale.

Any way this is my plan:
  1. Exercise a minimum of 4 days per week.  My hope is to exercise every day but I have a nine year old and two year old, I have to make this feasible.
  2. Start tracking what I eat.  I am using the Lose It website and app on my Android Tablet and phone to track what I eat and exercise.
  3. Cut out all extra sugar- I have a fierce sweet tooth so this is going to be the hard one for me. 
  4. Try not to stress eat.  I really get irritated by those folks that lose weight when they are stressed cause I find food a comfort.  I am hoping work will be less stressful this year. I'm praying for help here.
